PV Structures are a true Design and Construct company and we don’t work with an “off the shelf” product that is limited in both design and size. We can design and build solar car park shade structures from small car spaces up to entire roof top car parks.

We have extensive project experience gained from building hundreds of car park shade structures in all states around Australia. These include greenfield and existing retrofit sites, which means that we understand fully the client’s requirements, the site and the client knows upfront from us about the potential issues and pitfalls with their project and what to expect during construction. That way there are no surprises and the project runs smoothly.
Whilst we are extremely flexible with our custom designs, we have also simplified the process for more standard installation where we have some basic concepts for the client to start to off with. These structures are some of the most efficient profiles available, allowing for fast turn around and project completion. All of these can be made to varying widths and lengths and can be used for the installation of older style solar panels, right through the more modern larger output modules.

Like all our solar panel shade offerings, the PVS-Hybrid design is flexible. However, its big advantage is that it combines both the traditional car park shade solution and the more modern solar car park shade structure.
Whilst Solar Car Park Shade Structures are the only shade solution that come with a tangible and quantifiable return on investment that allows the shade structure to pay for itself over time, these can require a greater initial outlay than a traditional shade structure at the front end.
Whilst a 6-7 year ROI will make up for that initial investment at the back end, for some clients the initial CAPEX spend is to difficult to account for within a single financial year.
Our Hybrid Profile, allows for a scalable solution, meaning that we can future proof a client’s site by completing the structural requirements of a large project, and only cover a potion of the structure with solar at the initial install, and the rest with traditional shade methodology.
Then, in the future financial when the budget allows for it, we can return and add in the required parts of our frames that allow the balance of the solar panels to be connected for the rest of the site to become a solar shade structure.
This approach decreases initial financial capacity concerns by spreading the entire solar project across a 2, 3 or maybe more financial years to get to the desired solar out come.
